Achievements:

I've exercised three days in a row.
I went to church today for some spiritual guidance.
I went grocery shopping and bought some healthy food.
I cleaned and organized the house.
I've been moving all day and I feel great!

Current Measurements:

Chest: 52.5”
Waist: 56.0”
Hips: 56.5”
Right Thigh: 28.5”
Left Thigh: 28.0”
Right Arm: 17.0”
Left Arm: 17.0”
Head: 23.7”
Right Pointer: 3.0”
Nose: 2”
Distance from Left Ear to Left Shoulder: 7.0”

As the philosopher Shakira once said, “you know, my hips don't lie.” Well, my hips are very truthful themselves. My hips are yelling at me to lose weight. Ok, hips, I'm working on it.
The above numbers are my current measurements. I'm sure that you're shocked but how large they are. I am and I am disappointed. I am almost as big around as I am tall. I'm sixty inches tall and fifty-six inches around. How did this happen? Journey back with me as I—nevermind, we'll discover this slowly over the months to come. What matters at this moment is how to decrease the numbers. Really there are a lot of options:

1.Surgery
2.Exercising and Eating Well
3.Shrink Ray
4.Lie about the Numbers in the Future.

Ok, so I think the best option is to eat well and exercise more. So that's the route I'm going to pursue. I must say the shrink ray sounds intriguing, but loaded with lots of things that could go wrong. But what could go wrong with exercise and eating well? Oy, I think I just jinxed myself.
I have been reviewing my goals and I've discovered that everything is interconnected, at least in one way or another. For example, exercising could help me lose weight and calm my anxiety which gives me greater control over my emotions which also inspires me to get a job. It's all an interconnected web. That's why the Total Wellness Plan is pleased to introduce the Interconnected Web of Fun. Where everything you do that's positive for yourself, helps every other goal. Through this patent-pending method, you'll be on track in no time. Now isn't that fun?
One concern I have is that my goals are monumental and life-changing and therefore overwhelming and scary. But they don't have to be! I don't need to achieve them tomorrow or in a month. I just need to make small steps in a positive direction towards my goals. Analogy Time: You don't build each wall of a building one at a time, but you build around and increase on all sides because all the walls lean on each other. It's the same with the Total Wellness Plan. It doesn't make sense to focus only one thing, but it's easier to focus on many aspects of the goals at the same time. Using what I've learned and achieved in my pursuit of one goal to aid me in venturing towards another.
However, if I focus on too many things at once I'm afraid that I'll lose direction and get overwhelmed. This is why it's important to be mindful and present in the pursuit of my goals and a positive direction in my life. I need to focus on one activity or challenge at a time, but still take small steps towards the pursuit of the goal at large. For example, I want to exercise every day. But I can't exercise every day today. I can only exercise now. So today I exercise and once that's completed I focus on another positive task. Eventually, I will have exercised everyday or almost everyday. I will have gained improvements to my health, discipline, improved self-esteem, etc. I can then use these benefits as tools and inspiration for tasks to achieve my other goals.
It's clear to me, that everything in my life is related. It's impossible not to see how everything is in some way connected to each other. It's just one step in front of the other. It's one building block set upon another. Eventually I hope to meld everything together in one fluid motion that is being. And I bet it feels wonderful.
