I went to Wendy's today for lunch. There was a sign on the wall that said that this was a "G-rated" restaurant and that it was for the enjoyment of everyone or something. It didn't say anything specifically about children or about profanity being disallowed or anything of the sort, but I found the sign very strange. I wondered if this is because there is some backlash against some small children in restaurants and such and Wendy's wanted you to know that children are welcome. But why would you expect it to be anything other than G-rated. I bet in Canada there are Wendy's (with maple leaf apostrophes) that are X-rated with S&M harnesses and whips and dominatrices and such. Awesome.
I took my Fed Tax exam today. It was difficult but not too difficult. I have no idea how well I did. I didn't fail, I know that much, but I don't think I got an A.
My last exam is Family Law on Thursday. It's a 3.5 hour essay. Joy.
Today I have a faculty interview. The law school has faculty candidates to replace many professors that are leaving after this year. The law school likes students to ask questions of the candidates and fill out an evaluation. I've already done 2 faculty interviews. They are pretty fun. The best part is you get to see their resumes. I'm so nosy. I love it. Of course all of the candidates so far have gone to Yale, Harvard or University of Virginia. No one from Cooley surprisingly. It's kind of sick how successful these people are. It makes me wonder what they think about students at Toledo or other schools. Since there are not many law schools though, its very competitive. It would be weird to spend your live in these big cities or east coast schools and end up in Toledo.
