I am home. I really enjoyed my trip but found it v. lonely. I realized that I missed all my friends and family, etc. It was good because everytime I have the urge to runaway and just leave everything behind, I can think of this trip and realize that it would be much worse.
At the end of the trip I:
- Drove 6670 miles
- Drove through Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, British Columbia, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska and Iowa. 16 States. Not Bad.
- Drove through the capitals of every state except Indiana, Illinois, Idaho and Montana.
- Visited Seattle, Vancouver, Olympia, Portland, and San Francisco.
- Had my car broken into.
- Got 1 Speeding Ticket in Wyoming.
- Finally saw the Pacific Ocean.
- Went to Ikea.
- Listened to three books by Helen Fielding (Bridget Jones's Diary, Bridget Jones: Edge of Reason, Olivia Joules and the Overactive Imagination).
I had fun, but I'm so glad to be home. I need to find out what I'm going to do with myself this summer. I think I need to get my life in order. I should clean too.
