My New Phone!!!

So I called Cingular to find out about my phone order about 12 times. It sucked because I got an email saying that it was backordered and to call for availability, so I did, and no one had a clue about it. I called cingular support. I called the sales line. I called the order tracking line. I called the online customer support line. No one had any idea. One person even made me call FedEx and they gave me a non-existent number! I was not pleased.

But alas! I checked the order tracking number today and they said it was shipped! So I checked out the order on FedEx.com and it is on a delivery truck in Jackson! So that means that I get a new phone! It's super cool too. It's a Sony Ericsson T637 and I only paid $19.99 for it! It's now on the cingular website for $109.99! I'm happy now.

And here is another special treat: "To constitute consideration a promise or performance must be bargained for. A promise or performance is bargained for if it is sought by the promisor in exchange for his promise and is given by the promisee in exchange for that promise. A performance may be an act, forbearance, or the creation, modification or destruction of a legal relationship."

So, does this mean you'll be mobloging once it comes in? Yay! Drunken pictures for no reason!

Woohoo! I looked at that model at the mall and it's very cute.

Why is it called moblogging?

I think the "mo" part is probably 'cause British people call cell phones, "mobiles". I guess. Whatever.

Yeah I think it's just a combination of "mobile" plus "blogging". Or maybe it's like mo' blogging, like mo' blogging, mo' problems. Or maybe its like 'mo blogging, like blogging for the homos. Or maybe it's like Moe Blogging where you can blog pictures of guys named Moe whenever you want. Either way you're a winner.

I guess I'll be figuring out how to send pictures to flickr when I take them. I hope it'll be easy....

Yay phone!

I hate the phone because it does not flip. Just a personal preference. Besides that, awesome! Yay mobiles! - Dan

I like phones that don't flip. They're hot. Just like The Colleague.

I dumped AT&T/Cingular a few weeks ago because I could no longer handle the terrible customer service and even worse phone issues.

Verizon rules!

Let me know if Cingular is any good.

PS My phone number hasn't changed.
