So I finally got the exam writing software to work on my computer! Yay! That makes me feel better. Now I have options.
I went to see the "computer people" and Mr. Donnelly who is also a first year and in two of my classes. He came up with the idea of using Safe Mode and running the program and it works! Yay! Its kind of sucky to get it into safe mode, but it works. It honestly works, and that's the best part!!!
So now I can type my 2.5 hour torts essay instead of writing. That's what I was worried about the most. I hope my civ pro exam grade doesn't suffer from my writing but I don't think it will.
Yay!!!!! The world is new and good again. Oh, wait must memorize restatements and the UCC for contracts. And the world is once again cold and gray.
Just remember: An offer is a manifestation of willingness to enter into a bargain so as to justify another in understand that his assent is invited and will conclude it.

WTF? Do they make this confusing on purpose? I'd be like, "An offer is what you say you're willing to do in exchange for something else from another person. He/she has the option to accept/deny it. Bada boom bada bing."
