BOGO On The Brain

Ok, in case you don't know Payless shoes is having a buy one, get one half off, or BOGO sale. Their marketing is "BOGO on the brain?" That's fine and though I don't want shoes or anything, I really do have BOGO on the brain. Every few seconds my brain goes "BOGO". It's like a song stuck in your head but it's just one word, BOGO.

Au revoir to the Springs. I finally finished moving and it took me until 4:30am. I got three hours of sleep and now I'm at work. I'm doing well so far, but this afternoon will be killer. I was seriously considering staying up all night and going to Denny's and having an adventure. I'm glad I didn't.

I am currently reading "How Soon Is Never?" by Marc Spitz. It's kind of about the Smiths and it's really good. Lately, I've been dreaming of the Smiths. Not that I'm some kind of virulent fan, but I like the music. In my dreams it has the Smiths, but I don't know what they look like except Morrissey (who is the quarry, if you didn't get the memo), so I make them up. The dreams are weird but I can't remember right now. I think one the other day had Ringo as a special guest star.

Must include in constitution: will not be too proud to ask for help. In some ways I'm not but in others I have some stupid pride. I tend to go at it alone for most things anyway. I should limit that.

I purchased "Stripmine" and "Stutter" by James in Toronto. Both are very early imports and I was happy to find them. I like Stripmine better (their first I think) but both have some good songs. The song "Stripmine" from the same album is really good. I also like "Ya Ho!" but it's a little weird. For the most part though, I don't prefer "James/Gold Mother" or "Stutter". They seem a little foolish at times and a little too raw. But from "Seven" on the CDs are great.

JHC I haven't updated in a while. Must see Spider-Man 2 and Fahrenheit 9/11. Must finish my book. Must keep moving in the endless summer of moving. Oh, and I moved into my apartment in Toledo. I'm also quitting on August 2 so my co-worker can go on vacation and then there will be no French support! Bwah ha ha.
