Like Something On the WB

The weekend is finally over so that means that I can sleep. Finally!

On Friday, it was the New York Minute premiere and I had "hub" duty, so that means that everything was a di-sasss-ter. So, we all meet at the apartment after the big accident at the 96/696/m-5/275 orgy slowed everyone down by an hour. It was ok though, because we weren't in a big hurry. We decided to go to the Boathouse for dinner. Well, it was closed. Then, we decided on Cooker, but Cooker was closed because they just went bankrupt. Finally, we all agreed on the mall food court, which was lame, high-schooley but very convenient. In order to see MKAO, many people needed alcohol. The only liquor store I knew of was at Halsted and 12-Mile. We got there and it was...closed. So we stopped at CVS and Jessica loaded her purse with 12 bottles of Mike's Hard Lemonade. We went to the theater and there were 20 people there. The movie was bad but in a fun way. I think people had fun with how bad it was.

After the movie we went back to my apartment and Jenn was there. In emails I joked about Jenn giving lap dances. I think some people thought that I was more serious than I actually was. It was fun hanging out and such. After a while, most people had left so it was just Dan, Fisher, Coronado, Jenn and I. We bonded over Jenn's chinese fortune sticks and had some really good conversations. There was one incident but it better never happen again. Dan and Fisher soon went home and Coronado and I talked for a little longer.

Coronado is still amazed at my powers of divination. I'm that good....

Saturday was a BBQ at Sarah and Jackie's. It was really fun. The ever elusive Chris II was there, but supposedly the Council changed the rankings since no one has seen him since Hooters. Chris II said that double chocolate was too much, triple was crazy and quadruple was vanilla. We were at the dork table obviously. I drank too much, had too much vodka watermelon, had too much vodka jello, and then ate too much. Jackie was drunk which was amusing. Sarah and I bonded on the porch, smoking. There was nothing too dramatic going on but there were these two bitchy girls who I hate right now.

Sunday I woke up early and drove to Brooklyn. I cleaned out my room and closets for the garage sale. I sorted a bunch of stuff so now i think I've gotten rid of everything I don't want and my room is cleaned out. So I guess this is growing up. Then due to a rain storm and contruction it took me 2.5 hours to get home.
