Scalia Apologizes for Recording Erasure

Scalia now apologizes for erasing a tape of a speech that he gave about the Constitution. I'm glad that one of the justices of the Supreme Court either has not read the first amendment, doesn't care what it says, or thinks that it doesn't apply to him.

On an unrelated note, I saw at Meijer an artist's rendering of George W. Bush kneeling with an American flag draped over his knee, holding a Bible. It was $50 bucks and very scary. Maybe it's to help his campaign.
