Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! If you have to work, I'm sorry. The law school is closed today, so I don't have class. The courthouse is also closed so I don't have to work either. I'd actually like to have worked today to get more money and more stories.

Even though I don't have class today, I spent all day yesterday reading. I read for four classes yesterday, and for more than just the week, but even into next week. I've also started all of my outlines for this year. Why am I doing this? Because this semester I'm going to be a super student. I have a very hard schedule this semester, but once it is over, then it will be pretty easy. I just want to make sure that I don't mess up. I know I could do better in school if I tried harder and this is my attempt.

I got called on the first day of Con Law II. It was cruel. However, I won't get called on for a very long time which is good. I'm scared of Con Law though, so I'm making sure I read everything. Con Law is very case specific, and very subjective (though they claim that it is not) which makes it more difficult than other classes.

On Thursday in Ethics, I was called on. Subsequently I gave an great answer. It was awesome. I don't know why, but normally I'm so lost in class, but any time I get called on I summon the power of Jesus and suddenly I know the answer to everything. It seems like this happens often.

This weekend I went shopping and bought a lot of clothes. I know I have no money, but I have to look somewhat decent at work and I'll need clothes for interviews and such. Anyway, everything I bought was on clearance, about 70% off. Also, all the clothes I bought match each other so there is no confusion of what goes with what, since they all go together. I bought 5 shirts and 3 ties. One of the shirts has french cuffs, so I'll be able to wear my antique cufflinks! I also bought a black velvet blazer which is awesome.

Also, the Consultant the other day gave me the book "All About Me" for me to fill out. It's very fitting since 2006 really is All About Me. Don't you like how I appropriated a whole year for myself? This year my birthday is on a Friday. Do you know what that means? It's going to be the craziest birthday I've ever had. Chaos is bound to follow.
