Yesterday I went with my parents to the flea market in Shipshewanna. It was really fun. It's always cool to look at all the interesting things there. Didn't buy too much though. I don't have a lot of money and I don't have much room for any stuff. I did buy a package of 18 multi-colored sharpies for $3. Rokk!
I saw "Finding Neverland" the other day. It was really great. Even though it was kind of sad, I loved it. I thought it was so well done too.
I also saw "Birth" last week. It was very interesting, but I enjoyed it. I don't really recommend it because it's slow, but i liked it. I thought one scene in particular was done really well. Nicole Kidman and guy go to the opera. And while they are there the camera is only on Nicole Kidman's face, not the guy, not the opera, nothing but her face. But it was quite brilliant because you could feel how confused she was and you could almost see her emotions as she was thinking and how different thoughts were running through her head. Of course, a shot of just her face for 5 minutes is quite boring, but I found it novel and quite amazing at her acting ability for essentially doing nothing.
Today I need to get a haircut, do laundry, run errands, pack. Tomorrow, I'm meeting Jay and we're going to Toronto for the weekend. Hurrah! I'm v. excited. I plan on consuming many alcohol units.
I should probably go finish my laundry now. I have no pants.

Funny that you interpret Nicole Kidman looking confused as skillful acting. I just thought she always looked confused.
It wasn't like a general bewilderment, more like she was confused about what to do. I don't think she looks confused most of the time though.
