We Rule the School

Only one week of classes left. I can't believe it.

I was up against the Colleage in oral arguments yesterday. We both did really well. She won so that means I'm out of the competition and I couldn't be happier. It turns out that I'm good and deflecting questions and getting out of corners but I can't do a simple intro and prayer for relief. The judges said that I lost by one point and we were the best they've seen regarding this problem in 6 years, so that was promising. I did really well and I feel very confident in my speaking ability. We were also in the Moot Court room which was uber-fun. I like getting dressed up and playing lawyer. Rokk!

I have decided that I'm going to travel around the US after finals are over. I'm going to be gone about a month. Right now I'm planning on driving Brooklyn - Minneapolis - Seattle - Vancouver - Olympia - Portland - San Francisco - Napa - Cali Coast - LA - Grand Canyon/Phoenix - Santa Fe - Austin - New Orleans - (Florida) - Memphis - Michigan

I ordered my Hostelling International Card the other day. I am really excited about the idea of travelling. I need to get back before Toronto Pride and then the following weekend I'm going to Wiarton, to the cottage. It will be a very busy summer....

I can't decide if I'll go to Florida too, or just head north at that point.
