I've been wearing my red shoes lately and I've gotten so many compliments. Red shoes are fun. Brad from the hospital commented on my "fancy shoes" and I told him they were my spring shoes. He then said that maybe he should buy some "spring shoes". I'm am the fashion influence of Brad.
The other day I was walking around campus and this 13 year old (don't know why he was there) said "Nice shoes, homie." I got a homie! I've been approved by the youth of america! Score!
So, I met someone. I don't know how that's even going, or what I'm going to do with that, but it seems to be working so far. Details to follow or upon written request.... We shall call this person M, right now.
Last night we celebrated Jay's b-day. We went bowling in the Arbor of Ann. It was very fun, but the OG made me a little naseous. Not because of the OG, but because of the radiation. But I pulled the trigger and then felt fine. For some reason, nothing is better for an upset stomach than beer. It's bubbly and warming and fun! It's like me as a beverage. Or Jesus to a child.
Anyway, I babble. Oh how I babble and pine! We went bowling. Got a 146. Very good for me. I got a cornish game hen (2 strikes and a spare). Ashley and Nick came. M was there. Then we went to Necto for hip-hop night. Why? Don't know. But it was fun except it was way too busy. We left and went to the Aut. That was crowded but in a less scary way.
I saw Fever Pitch on Friday. Too much baseball. Would have been better if set in Britain and was about Soccer and Manchester Utd, as the original book was written. Alas, it was funny and charming and ok.
I can't wait for HPatHBP to come out. Oy. It's taking so long but it will be here in a couple months. Yip!
I guess that is all right now. I am slowly recovering from radiation. It's wreaked havoc on my body, but I'm already feeling better. The warm sun helps. It helps a lot.
