Gazebos and Gondolas

As the coupling was starting at the end of last year, now slowly one by one the couples are disappearing. I can't say I'm all together sad, but I'm not happy for people coming out of relationships.

Appellate briefs are hard. Very hard. I'm doing research and I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Speaking of briefs I got a pair of underware from my cousin called "legal briefs" that are yellow boxers that look like legal paper. It's funny.

Update: Ashley got a job in Ann Arbor at a Remote Sensing Space Imaging place. It's not a lot of money but it is paid, and it will be great experience in her field. My life revolves around A2. I'm very happy for her.

Not much is going on. I'm tired and need to go home.

Uncoupling. They obviously haven't read the Uniform Partnership Act.

If you need help with your brief let me know.

Is the Uniform Partnership Act used more on the property end or is it helpful while conducting "legal" research?

I don't think that Uncoupling is so bad. Actually I don't know of many jurisdictions that have enacted the Uniform Partnership Act because many argue it is unconstitutional. Humpf.

The UPA? Unconstitutional? What is this weirdness? Corporate partners need rules or they'd fuck each other over even more than they do now. Buh-jeezus.

The UPA also applies to relationships. How to dissolve them, when to conduct business after dissolution. Very useful. Unconstitutional. HA!
