Sears and K-mart are planning a merger. This is only slightly better than an Enron/Worldcom Merger or Delta/US Airways merger. I wish the CEOs of both Kmart and Sears actually went to their stores, so they realized why they suck. Interestingly though Sears Canada is really nice and does not make me nauseous at all.
