Law School: Week 5

Can you believe I'm 1/3rd of the way through my first semester? I can't!

Law school is going well and I'm getting into the swing of everything. I know a few more people now so I'm getting along really well. People are weird and are starting to get catty, but I'm avoiding all that. For the most part though, everyone is extra nice.

Today was a really good day. My Legal Research and Writing class made us get into groups and my group, led by me, was the only group to write the paragraph in the way our prof intended it to be written. We were the example for the whole class. It was awesome. Then we went to the library to do research and my same group was the only group to go to the correct area of the library and work on our assignment right away. Our professor even noted that the other groups was in the completely wrong side of the library.

I have been hanging out with a girl, woman, lady, named Elizabeth. We make fun of people and work together really well, so I enjoy it. I've talked to a few other people. I should probably go out on the weekends but I'm a little leary of it. I'll let you know what I decide.

Oh, and I haven't updated much since I haven't had the internet for a couple of days because I didn't have a license for my client. Blah. There's another $40.... Oh, and the university has run out of IP addresses so every so often I get assigned an IP of 0.0.0.0 and then I can't get online until the IPs get renewed again. I'm paying thousands for this? Good thing everything else is working ok.
