Out, out damn spot!

I think the USC should have the equitable doctrine of unclean hands. I have a torrid love affair with equity. I love Unclean Hands, Laches, Unconscionability, Specific Performance...all of equity really. Oh, and I love writs too. Like the Writ of Mandamus and the Writ of Procedendo. My favorite is the Writ of Quo Warranto, which is never used really, but it translates into What Warrant. So it's the Writ of What Warrant. Which I think is fun.

Laches is extremely necessary. No grudges allowed, or else you are guilty of laches. Unclean hands is also a good idea. Don't bitch about how I talked shit about you when you talked shit about me. Ah ha!

I think we could make room for writs. Perhaps a writ is necessary when you want to drag someone before a tribunal.
