End Scene
I'm working at the public defender's office now. It's the most scary and amazing thing ever. My first day was quite insane. I was overwhelmed. Today it was much better. Except my attorney disappeared for 1/2 the day and I got scared and the prosecutor was telling me to do stuff, but I didn't know if I should. I worked in Courtroom 4 which handles the arraignments and stuff. It's crazy. But I love it. I don't make very much, but after this semester, I can make more because I'll be certified.
Right now Jay and I are in Beaners w/ our laptops bloggin' and judgin'. We are just playing online and then judging passersby. I love Beaners. They have the best coffee. I got Rwanda Fair Trade today. Sometimes I like the French Roast Organic Fair Trade to cover all my bases. The karma chameleon, the accountant of souls, really appreciates it. It's too bad that Beaners replaced the Gelato place. Beaners also has my favorite barrista guy. He's very nice, and he's a carry over from the Gelato place. There hasn't been much judging thusfar. Soon though, soon.
Classes start on Monday. For my admin law class I have a writing assignment due on Tuesday morning, first class. Cruel and Unsusal.
I'm sorry that I didn't get to spend the holidays with a lot of my friends. I was just spread too thin and it's a good thing because I blacked out for most of it. Congratulations to Dan In The City for completion of his movie, or completion of filming rather.
Remember the hot fashion trends of 2006 are Berets and Fringe. Hot.
My Christmas break has been crazy. I wish I could remember everything. Ask me and I shall tell you. Build it and they will come. Smack it flip it rub it down.
Slainte!

Thanks for the coffee tip! I'm working on a roundup of fair trade coffee shops around the US --
HA!! The PD is going to be the joy of our semester.
Judge: Carrying a concealed weapon, how do you plead?
Idiot: Not Guilty
Judge to Bailiff: Did they confiscate the gun?
Bailiff: Your Honor…
Interruption by Idiot: Ya, they took my gun.
