My contracts final is over. If you want to hear me rant about something for an hour, ask me why I hate contracts so much. Well, I expected my contracts final to be my worst test and it wasn't as bad as I thought, but I really messed up on the long essay part. I know why now, and it makes me sad. I just don't want to retake contract, since I absolutely hate it. Praying for a C.
I got my new phone. It's pretty. After the final, I had to run to Brooklyn to get the final out of my head. Driving is very theraputic. I hung out with my parents and the anderson parents at big boy. It was fun. They spend way too much time there though.... Anyway, it was nice to get away from toledo, law school, and exams so I could clear my head. Now I'm ready to study again.
Torts will be my hardest exam because it's four hours. There is a 2.5 hour long essay. That's pretty daunting, but doable. Is doable really a word? I will refrain from using it from now on because it's a poor choice.
After today only 5 days, 2 exams. Yip.

Contract sucks so bad. I hate it. I would be very happy with a C+. Very very happy. I feel like I know nothing for my torts exam either and i'll have two write about it for about 2.5 hours! Blahhhhh....

You could not have done worse than me on k's. I seemed to totally forget about the existence of counteroffers. totally forgot. like they never existed. I messed up a lot too and it makes me sad. If I get a C i will be thrilled. fuck the UCC is right.
