On Friday, I went to Toledo to check my mail and get a new pair of contacts. I got the mail and left but I forgot the contacts and on my way back I got in an accident. I hit a guy who turned left in front of me at an intersection. Everyone was fine but my car is not in very good shape. It is at the Ford dealership and will be fixed. It just was not a fun day.
I went to my parents afterwards and I went out with my sister and her boyfriend in Jackson. We went to the "Crazy Cowboy" which was actually fun and seemed out of place. I saw the Mayor of Jackson there, who Ashley said he's gay and seems to be dating her financial advisor. Jackson is such a small town. Anyway, I found it very interesting.
Saturday I went to see the Bourne Supremacy which was good and action packed but not really all that interesting. There was nothing suspenseful about it. It seemed like a boring episode of Alias (not that Alias has boring episodes). On Sunday, I saw Catwoman which was a lot better than I thought it would be. Halle Berry acted more in the first 5 minutes than she did in both X-Men and X2. The dialogue in Catwoman was atrocious. The action was great though and I thought the plot was much more interesting than I thought it would be.
I am looking forward to seeing "A Home at the End of the World". I heard it got bad reviews, but I loved the book so much I can't wait to see it. I also want to see "Garden State" when it comes out. I saw a trailer during Scrubs and it looked amazing. Other movies I'm looking forward to are: Harold & Kumar, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, and Vanity Fair.
